I am so grateful, humbled & honored to be on this journey with You! My life changed when I committed to healing, like REALLLLY feel-to-heal through the not so easy days, ugly cry and all. It has been the most uphill, challenging and rewarding season of my life. Since then, I've aligned with people & things that have completely transformed my life, SEA MOSS being one of them. Learning to UNLEARN while actively healing & prioritizing my mental health. I chose to incorporate different modalities that have helped me along the way... like healing crystals & Reiki  & when combined, it legitimately SAVED my life. So here I am, after trial & error and with endless love & support from my soul family. I am overflowing in gratitude with God & confidently walking in my purpose of helping others heal themselves.
